    Good quality but very, very firm. Egg crate design is a fail.

    I like firm Latex pillows so I thought this would be good, Turned out it wasn't great, the Latex is very firm which is good, but the egg crate design is like laying your head on points instead of being evenly supportive like a normal contour Latex pillow.
