    Scanpan always great

    Having to replace most cookware upon switching to induction I have ended up with almost exclusively Scanpan - nice balance of weight - not too heavy to slow down responsiveness of induction and heavy enough to average the inevitable PWM control at low heat levels. Solid SS handles do not get warm, and not going to suffer in dishwasher. Scanpan that much better since they switched to glass lids.
