    Lovely heartwarming movie

    Lovely chick flick with endearing characters. Diane plays these roles perfectly. Anyone that has been through a breakup could relate to the roller coaster of emotions you go through to get through it, this movie does a great job of displaying them

    Classic Movie

    If you love all thing European, you’ll love this movie. It’s about finding your place in the world after your world falls apart. The themes of Love, friendship, happiness, loneliness but essentially life. The ‘la dolche vita’ of life. A life of love. Highly recommend watching and watching again if you have before or maybe watchmore thantwice!

    Warm and wonderful

    Have to agree with previous reviewers who loved it (esp. 'ourberwick'). Yes it's a "lovely chick flick". More in a minute. If you buy it because you love Frances Mayes' book of the same name, you may be disappointed. I am a big fan of Ms Mayes, but much artistic licence was taken with the subject matter and the film Audrey Wells' eventually released to the world, bears no resemblance to the real life story of Frances Mayes the author and her Ed. Okay. What's not to love about the film? Suspend your belief systems. This is a feel-good, girl's trip to Italy. If you don't like this kind of movie, don't watch it ! The story line is engaging, the characters endearing, and the scenery stunning (the filming in Positano alone is worth watching the film for). This is a movie I'd watch on ...
