A very good model the Battleship Tirpitz (1/350 scale) by Tamiya.
The ship is a plastic model, so "durable" is not 100% -- if you drop it onto the floor it will brake, but it's durable as a model. Tamiya makes well detailed products and the Battleship Tirpitz is well made.
