Much more power than the other 18v x 2 Makita Leaf Blower although a little overpriced. I highly recommend the Makita nozzle that fits on the end of the air tube, which should come with this blower as part of the kit. This makes a huge difference to the ease of blowing wet leaves and alike. Having six speeds to choose from is a handy feature as well. Also fairly quite to operate. The only small negative I found was that it does get heavy after a short time, and the shoulder harness supplied with the blower is fairly useless as it falls off your shoulder and is uncomfortable.

Great to get away from the old smelly two stroke, this has plenty of get up and go. Find that number 4 in the power setting is enough. Can get around 20 mins using 2 x3ah batteries. Wet leaves are blown away easily on the highest setting. Purchased the optional extender for this purpose although did not really need it. GO Makita.

This is a good blower. I also have a petrol stihl back pack blower which has slightly stronger air flow but the Makita 36v blower is fumeless, convenient, always ready to use and you can store it in your house.
