I love it. Living remotely I can't get vegan icecream readily & as I am very particular about my diet, I can make my own to suit. I tried the frozen bowl style of icecream maker but it didn't work. The Ninja is perfect each time. I am on off-grid power but it doesn't draw too much for very long. It is easy to use & the mix-in works well too. I just love it. Growing up with icecream that needed stirring every hour or so & now this - there is NO comparrison!!! This is smooth every time.
