I should have listened to other reviewers saying the handle is too thick to hold on to properly. It's thick enough that it's impractical for me to hold in one hand, which makes some exercises with it impossible. The price is right and the weight is good, but the ergonomics make it much more limited than it could have been, unless you have monster oversized hands.
