Having owned a dunlopillow for over 10 years it was time to update, to a different model. I needed a high profile yet medium softness as I have broad shoulders, (usually from carrying the weight of the world) This pillow is just right for me and just soooo comfortable. These pillows are expensive compared to just how cheap you can buy junk for, however, remember you spend a third of your life with the need for good support in sleep. I good pillow is 50% of a quality nights sleep, just as important as the bed. Dunlopillow has done the R & D and come up consistently with the best on the market. IMO
