Since I was a child I wanted to buy this books. Sadly, they never finished translating them to Spanish, so I just get the first two books and never knew what happened next on the history. Now, ten years later, I've finally been able to buy the complete wreck of these wonderful books, and I don't regret it! The edition (especially the box) is beautiful, the story is amazing and the writer is a genius. This is now one of my dearests treasures, and part of my work as a literature student. If you're looking for some original children books that can be read and understood WAY differently for adults, I recommend you to give "A series of unfortunate events" a try.
This is a beautifully presented collection with rough-cut pages and handsome hard covers. The only detraction was the utterly tacky 'now a series on netflix' sticker on the cover. Minus one star for having to remove them.
