Try Clarence Water Filters (online) for the tap connection, I tried two plumbers suppliers and two Bunnings stores who didn't have anything...and mostly didn't have a clue. I got a diverted from Clarence WF so don't have to keep screwing on and off.

Rinse aide is dodgy as dishes are always wet at end . No good for normal size dinner plates or bowls deeper than 3.5 cm , loading is nightmare as normal size dinner sets don`t fit in like in diagrammes

it is small in size so you have to work out what you an put into it - but it washes well and is very quiet when running. Mostly I am taking out the cutlery section so I can stack more small dishes etc but once you work this out its great

A retrofit to the bench top would be a bit cumbersome but mine sits nicely atop the washing machine and uses the machine tap and wash tub. Perfect. Only ever use the glass cycle which is more than adequate.
