Our kids love their new guitars (we also purchased a purple Karrera half size guitar, which is beautiful). While my kids are absolute beginners, they love the accessibility of the half size and are keen to play with them often. The stings need A LOT of stretching before first tuning otherwise they go out of tune almost immediately. Overall, we're happy with our purchase.
