Ordered this part May 22, part came from Australia to Canada quicker then I can get coffee shipped to me from the nearest city. It arrived May 30. After three years, my Breville Barista stopped working due to error code ER05. Breville customer service was willing to have a technician to look at it (at my expense since the warranty was up), but I had already ordered this part by the time I got a response from customer service. Even though I had to pay shipping costs to get this part from Australia to the US, I’m glad I did because I believe it saved me a little money. And probably some time, since I didn’t have to ship the entire machine off and then wait to get it back. Installing the part myself took about 15-20 minutes. So happy to have my fancy coffee machine back in business! Lattes are what I most look forward to in the morning.
