There are more compact stick mixers out there, but clearly the need to attach to a blender demands some chunkiness for it to be secure and able to do the job. The whisk attachment is a bit spindly - time will be test. The basic handle, its control switch, and the variable speed dial are easy to handle and operate. For the price the unit is well-pitched.

I have just replaced the old Breville hand held processor. I have been very happy with this product. The motor burn out on the last one but I had it for many years and it got a lot of use.

What a corker! It brought my soap to light trace within 25 minutes, yes it for a little warm but it managed well. It has a long neck for reaching down to the bottom of a deep pot, and the hand piece comes away so the stock can be put in the dishwasher. There's a couple of added bits and pieces which I probably won't use, but doesn't matter. The cost of the blender was equal to 9 bars of bought soap - I've made 11 bars of soap already. I'm a happy camper.

Love this product. Actually bought the identical model to the one I already had but had dropped and broken. Now I've got twice as many accessories!
