Fix things yourself, turn off power and water to the dishwaher, remove top lid, right hand side (as you look at it) side panel, remove front door skin to gain access to bottom panel. Remove bottom panel. Move the electronic board (unplug the power lead 1st) out of the way You can see and get access to the pump, remove and install the new pump. There are videos on you tube, you do not have to remove the bottom of the dishwasher. It's easy, save yourself money. Regards Greg
