The design and ease of installation of this flat plug makes it one of the best I have installed. I have experience over the years of using installing a variety of manufacturers' plugs and some are very nasty when compared to this one. I searched for a long time till I discovered this one and will not use any others.

NO problems with the seller, fantastic service. I have several older NARVA products in my shed (not suitable for this job unfortunately), top quality stuff, generous sized terminal holes, large screws on the terminals, thick plastic sections, built to last (and they have), but this new NARVA product just doesn't compare, minimalistic components and plastic sections, the terminal holes are too small, the thin plastic body is clipped together and not held together with screws, sorry, NARVA products have really slipped in quality.
