The product is very good for reasonable condition leather, but I found when used on my well-worn leather seats I found that it was a bit strong if used directly from the container. In my case, it could work a bit better if I slightly diluted the product. I still got a better-looking finish than I already had, but if it was a bit less concentrated the result may have looked and felt fresher also. This was based on my 25year old BMW seats that had not been very well looked after.
