This straight dumbbell bar is ideal for home or personal training centers. The complete set of barbells is designed for durability and safety. The straight bar measures 165 cm in length, allowing for compatibility with various dumbbell sets. Average bar with plastic filled with gravel
The bar came in 3 pieces and had to be put together, probably not suited for 100kg+ coz it could break easily. The weights are basically a plastic case filled with sand/gravel (sand for the small ones and gravel for the heavy ones). I'm in the process of returning mine so I havent really used them, but from the looks of it they look like they could break very easily, I mean its a pastic covering, so if you want to use it you'd have to be very careful not to drop them anywhere. Also the description was misleading eg. "The weights have a plastic casing which reduces the noise made during exercising". The weights do not just have a plastic casing, the weights ARE the plastic casing, filled with sand/gravel. if the plastic casing were to break, the sand/gravel would fall into a pile on the ground.Read full review
