Teeth were stained from copious herbal tea drinking. Oil pulling helps but to give things a boost I bought these after checking out pricing and reviews for various at home whitening kits. These only req keeping on 30min opposed to 60min of others e.g colgate strips. And half the price (incl delivery). Will buy again
