I only tried this on a suggestion, not expecting anything. I've got inflammation with some of my muscles and joints in my legs particularly that made it difficult walking.It was frustrating as I could see what I could do shrinking. Took about a month and I just noticed less pain and I could move much further. Months later it is far better again. I can walk and exercise a lot further. Maybe coincidence,but I doubt it.
