We have been using this product in our family as long as I remember [ I'm 62!] . Like magic - blackened silver becomes sparkling with such minimal effort. No elbow grease involved. Although a bit expensive it does a fantastic job on my silver cutlery and can be re-used. Just dip the piece in for a few seconds then rinse. A word of warning, it will mark a stainless steel sink if it drips so use newspaper or an old towel.

the prongs of my forks are always getting marked, i.e. from egg mostly. I simply dip them in Silver Dip for a minute and then plunge them into hot soapy water, dry them and give them a quick polish with a soft cloth and presto - shiny again. I would never be without Silver Dip. Use it for silver jewellery too. Hold the necklace or whatever - dip and then do the same again for the bit you've been holding. Rinse in the hot soapy water and then dry and polish. You will be amazed.
