Light is fairly bright, overall the head lamp is fairly heavy on your head, ok for walking around but you would not run with it on. The main light feels very plastic compared to the older models made out of aluminium. The biggest disappointment is the spot beam, way to big and not concentrated enough. If you use this head lamp as a spot light. Don’t buy it. Fairly expensive for what it is also.
