I have tried both Gold and Absolute dry. The Gold works best on road and track chains. It is noticeably smoother than other lubes and a bit better than Absolute dry. The Dry works best on MTB's. Best of all it stays clean for longer and is a snap to use. Just follow the instructions and your drivetrain will work better than you expected.
