Product Description Gaviscon Dual Action works in two ways to effectively relieve both heartburn and indigestion. 1) Neutralises excess stomach acid. 2) Forms a protective barrier over the stomach contents which helps prevent acid coming back up into the oesophagus (food pipe). Contains: Sodium alginate, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate. Does not contain: aluminium , sugar or gluten. Category Gastrointestinal drugs. Indications Relief of heartburn and acid indigestion. Dose instructions Adults and children over12 years 2-4 tablets as required after meals and before going to bed up to 4 times a day (maximum 16 tablets daily). Children 6-12 years : 2 tablets when required. Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing.
