As I do not juice a lot of citrus at any one time, I did not need another electrical appliance. I purchased this hand juicer specifically for juicing lemons and limes. It's well suited for this task, owing to the smaller size of the indenter (the ribbed cone). Being made of glass, this juicer is super easy to clean. At a bare minimum, it only needs a rinse straight after use. This is no fragile product. The glass is quite thick and feels very robust. There is no inbuilt strainer at the spout to catch the pulp and seeds, however I find it is no effort to use a small hand-held strainer. For those considering using this for larger citrus such as oranges, I would look elsewhere. The indenter is a little too small for this and the fluid capacity is insufficient.
