Both the "Map View" and "Navigation View" displays are crisp and well arranged. Menus are easily navigable. The 7" display is very legible and clear. Upcoming side roads on the highway are clearly identified in their own dialogue box. I like the ability to have the altitude (MASL) display in Map view as with my old Garmin. As with my old Nuvi, I don't like that certain reasonably busy. sealed, country roads don't display in Map View; eg Airly and Hagan Roads in Gippsland, there may well be others. One appears to be driving in a vast paddock, although the GPS knows that its travelling on the road. Its bizarre. Beware if installing the (subscription) Traffic and Safety Camera app. You get prompted during the Garmin Express initial install/update process, AUD39.00. Some time later you get a Welcome email offering a AUD10.00 discount (after you've paid for and installed it !!!)Read full review

Quite satisfied with the product. After trying the product for several days it failed to perform as expected. Keeps turning off while driving, made it impossible to follow the map. Also the screen stays dark though I tried to adjust the brightness on several occasions.

Love the screen resolution it is so clear. Indicates speed limits on major roads (not back streets). Good value for money and with my ageing eyes I enjoy the 6.9 inch screen.

The only con are: 1. When driving on to 50km zone, it does not display speed limit. 2. Volumes for guidances (except Garmin spoken street names) and notifications not loud enough. Other than that, superb!
