A little dissapointed - you would not be happy if you paid anywhere near 'list price' - for around $150 you can overlook a lot however. Colour and material is nice, legs quite solid, arms a bit flimsy, but they are designed to move (cantilever backwards) when you tip the chair back with the whole chair so cannot be very solid I guess. Very firm chair, not going to be good for the home office as not real comfortable for the butt or back/lumbar. It is smaller than it looks, with the chair upright only a kid would be anywhere near the headrest. Was not bought for the massage function, but if you dont mind the accompanying loud humming noise like you are in a space ship and about to get experimented on by aliens as opposed to relaxing you'll like it as it is very noticable.
