Purchased the item from ebay. Delivery days would change over a period of two weeks. The item was marked to come on a Thursday, after being delay several times. Then, suddenly with no notification it was left in my drive way a day earlier. One of the 3 boxes was torn open & that promoted me to take photos of the condition the parcels arrived and to take stock of the parts. Luckly all the parts were accounted for. Assembling the unit is not hard, but does make it easier with two people. I followed the recommendation of a youtube channel 'Gas Heads Modshop', link 'How to assemble Giantz storage shelves and review.' as this was way superior instructions and recommendations than the one sheet of photo copied paper provided by the sell. As per 'Gas Heads Modshop' - 'How to assemble Giantz storage shelves and review', I purchased and added more nuts and bolts & configured the side walls supports as per 'Gas Heads Modshop' bridge building technique. Overall ok Shortage system if you are willing to spend more money and more time researching how to improve it. Read full review
