For a once a while client this is a good product but not an everyday one, the arm rest is too far away from the head piece and you need to place extra towels there so the arms can rest adequately nonce there , the arm rest is not level but slightly higher on one side which I found annoying but fortunately for 1/2 hour it won’t bother the client
