I bought the HC35 after looking at a few videos online and happy with my choice... It's a robust torch that is rechargeable, very bright and well made in my opinion. The switch feels responsive and strong, has the features I use most often (very low, low, med, high (1000 lumens) and a ridiculously high 2400 lumens for short bursts. The 1000 lumens is fine for most things. The regular torches you buy are only 300 or 400 lumens. Also you don't have to click through the useless strobe modes like a lot of headlamps have. Battery lasts a long time on everything except the 2400 mode. Personally I think it's worth the money for something that'll last for years if you look after it. The headband is easy to put on too.
