The scissors have a comfortable grip, sharp blades and a very smooth closing action. The ones I purchased a couple of years ago are still in ‘As new’ condition as the most recent purchase. They come apart for easy cleaning yet the two pieces lock together securely. They are used daily and cut through a variety of items including meat, cardboard, paper, flowers, herbs and various vegetables. They are handy for when you don’t want to get out the knives and chopping board to save on washing up! The herb stripper is very useful.
