Product is well made and works as described, however the only thing i would say is that there is no mounting template for installation - easy enough to install for a home handyman or trades person. Side mounted plug would be better also. Ideal for a single large towel or 2 small towels.

For the price I paid this item was designed by apes. The timer is positioned almost floor level, who in the world can bend down almost to the floor to set it?
