I have used if on a 7DII and sigma 150-600 Sports. Great for each reach/focal length. Images are still sharp. Auto focus is a little slower but still useable.

I bought the unit for my Nikon D810 coupled with a Tamron 150-600, hoping to get a little extra reach for bird photography. It slowed the auto focus considerably making it very frustrating. The subject was usually well gone before the focus stopped fizzing around and it had settled. It may be faster with other lenses, but for me, the unit is useless where focus speed is essential. Disappointed.
