I used to use these back in the day when they were popular. They were made in one solid piece of molded plastic with bean bag bottom. This new design may come apart due to the picture frame construction.Time will tell. Other than that its very comfy to have on your lap, light weight and easy to carry, it makes for a good handy tray to carry your meals on or to use as an all purpose little table. I do recommend this tray.
