After 55k + miles , 7yrs& 5 bicycles later I can say this is my favorite bicycle chains lubricant. Not a thick one ,but lite . Just run it over the chain and wipe the excess off is all I do. At bicycle store $12 eBay $8. Even good for stiff door hinges, and car door jams .

I am glad to be back with Rock & Roll Extreme Chain Lube. I tried some different brands offered at the local bike shop but did not like them.
