Also known as a Nakiri knife. Popular alternative to the Santoku. GLOBAL knives are made in Japan from the finest stainless steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56- 58 which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.

Global knife
This Nakiri veg knife is well designed and it is sharp and stays sharp after a few weeks. The cutting surface is curved so you do not have a problem with slicing that little strand of veg. The balance is good in the hand. Highly recommended.

Fantastic vegetable knife. I've never had a knife that can cut pumpkin like this one ever before. Would recommend this knife to anyone but be careful because it is so sharp.
