This is the best produced tool I have ever seen and I'v been using tools for the past 60 odd years. The jaws are shot-peaned the jaws are parrell and the slip-joint has a locking mechanisum. In my oppion you can not get better.

Definitely worth the cost, I've found it much better than needle nose pliers or mini shifters for holding smaller nuts and bolts. With the pliers design it really helps with minimising damage to fastener with applying more pressure to hold the nut as you increase torque.
