A Suspension Rod Kit was what was required to repair my Fisher and Paykel Aquasmart washing machine's unbalance problem. The suspension rods were very easy to unstall by my Mr Fixit husband. I'm so happy to have the machine working again.

disappointing. The Suspension kit lasted 4 months, all the rubbers have broken and the shockers are now very noisy. The wash machine gets used average 2 medium loads 2-3 times a week. The original components went for 8+ years. I can state machine is still working but noisy creaking knocking shockers in wash cycle. maybe just our luck.

Product was as advertised but one of the 4 suspension rods had the red retaining clip installed upside down so it cannot be fitted/clipped into place. So I require a single suspension rod with the retaining clip the correct way around. It is not possible to reverse the clip without disassembling the rod.
