I use the Z83 as an entertainment unit connected to my TV in the lounge room. I stream video watch pre recorded video and do a bit of web surfing. It performs all this flawlessly and quite quickly. It's not as fast as my Core i7 desktop obviously, but is certainly fast enough as a media player. My main reason for buying it was that compared to the old desktop I had been using in the lounge room, it is tiny, and uses around 10 Watts of power, rather than 130W which the old PC used. This unit will have paid for itself in a few of years through reduced electricity bills. I added a 64 Gig CF card which I have set up as a D: drive and store movies on. It's performance is fine, and from a user experience perspective, the CF card looks and feels like a standard hard drive.
