I'm using this scale in a professional kitchen and it was the best buy I've made in a long time. The scale is easy to handle. The battery last far longer (if you are running it over battery) than described. The price is unbelievable for a superb scale like this. The display is easy to read. Cleaning the scale is easy as 1-2-3 because of the cover over the whole body. All together I can highly reccomend this item.

Most functions are efficient, easy to use and see. Instructions are vague, in ambiguous and unclear English. I’m not sure that the “Zero “ function is working all the time, but perhaps something is lost in translation. The milled edge of the tray is extremely sharp in places and will require some de-burring and smoothing.
