Serves well as a new fitting or replacement.
Improvements had been made from the original MkII. Easy enough to fit provided the instructions are followed. Overall it works well. Maybe a bit more quality control - the manual locking snib requires the powder coat paint to be removed from the inside of the face plate to allow free movement - the key is difficult to slide in and requires a shot of WD40.

the finish is good but it is not interchangable as is listed with previous whitco product
the product is at the bottom of the whitco quality range the handles continually jam in the open position , preventing the door lock from activating The actual lock lever , if not positioned correctly is not retained in the lock and falls out There is a sign of poor quality control with the product The lock assembly is not interchangeable with previous models as claimed as the differences are so slight that the handles misaligned on the square bar between the handles making it impossible to fit the handles to the door
