Pros: - Great quality for the price - Wheels on the front make it easy to move around - Straightforward assembly process -Stable frame keeps bike on the floor and does not wobble when in use -The control unit is nice and simple and tells speed, distance, time and calories -Resistance adjustment using adjustment knob which adds friction of brake pads to the flywheel. -Keeps you pedalling due to the flywheel , and feels more like a real bicycle. Cons: - Seat does not have enough adjustment points , hard to reach handle bars if you are not tall.Is also uncomfortable even though it is padded. - No phone holder or water bottle holder - Foot adjustment straps are difficult to adjust , increasing the likelihood of slipping while pedals are spinning. Possible improvements: -Perhaps a water bottle /phone holder to be fitted -more seat padding so that a gel cover doesn't have to be used -make the handlebars adjustable , so that they are easier to reach.' Overall , this is an excellent product available for a great price , about 66% cheaper then similar spin bikes available in stores , while offering similar features. The cons are very minor and are easily rectified with cheap accessories , but would be nice if they were included. However , being a weight bearing product , sturdiness is a key requirement which this bike has well and truly outperformed. I needed something to help me train indoors when the weather is too wet & windy to cycle outside and this spin bike meets my requirements perfectly! It is built like a tank and has a great range of resistance with a turn of a dial (which doubles and an emergency stopper). The spin bike comes with a phone/tablet stand which allows me to watch Netflix AND burn off that pizza I had last night! The multi-function gives a ball-park figure for your training session stats and the seat is pretty comfy even after 1+ hours of use. Sometimes the contact between the resistance pad and the flywheel can make a squeaky sound but a spray of silicon or PTFE lube on the pad should quieten the beast. The exercise bike is smooth and seems to be good quality. Welds and design are good - making it easy to put together. Definitely a goo bike to get your fitness levels up easily at home. There are two things that could be improved: 1. The resistance mechanism is friction based by turn dial. Hard to get a setting that is consistent/repeatable. A numbered magnetic resistance would be ideal. 2. The LCD screen could be better - but this isn’t a dealbreaker, it does its function. These are pretty minor and me nitpicking. Very happy with the bike, would recommend.
