The Lifespan Fitness SP-310 is a fitness-centre-quality stationary exercise bike that's packed with different features. An LCD display makes it easy to track your speed, distance, time, as well as the calories you've burned. The racing-style seat adjusts 4 ways and the handlebar has two settings. The tension on the flywheel is adjustable and is chain driven for a realistic feel and accurate level of resistance.

High quality , great workout , excellent price
Pros: - Great quality for the price - Wheels on the front make it easy to move around - Straightforward assembly process -Stable frame keeps bike on the floor and does not wobble when in use -The control unit is nice and simple and tells speed, distance, time and calories -Resistance adjustment using adjustment knob which adds friction of brake pads to the flywheel. -Keeps you pedalling due to the flywheel , and feels more like a real bicycle. Cons: - Seat does not have enough adjustment points , hard to reach handle bars if you are not tall.Is also uncomfortable even though it is padded. - No phone holder or water bottle holder - Foot adjustment straps are difficult to adjust , increasing the likelihood of slipping while pedals are spinning. Possible improvements: -Perhaps a water bottle /phone holder to be fitted -more seat padding so that a gel cover doesn't have to be used -make the handlebars adjustable , so that they are easier to reach.' Overall , this is an excellent product available for a great price , about 66% cheaper then similar spin bikes available in stores , while offering similar features. The cons are very minor and are easily rectified with cheap accessories , but would be nice if they were included. However , being a weight bearing product , sturdiness is a key requirement which this bike has well and truly outperformed. Another perfect example of a product that you do not need to spend $1000s on to get good performance.Read full review

No pulse monitor. Computer is tinny at best. I am a slim build and find the seat uncomfortable. Easy to set up and works well. Flywheel uses friction pads which will need replacing. Angle of handlebars cannot be adjusted. Generally well appointed. Should have bought a better, pricier model.

High quality bike at an affordable price
The bike shipped within two days, it was easy to assemble and provides a good home cardio workout at an excellent price. By increasing the tension and resistance you can simulate riding uphill, but lowering the tension too low causes a squeaking sound. The seat although uncomfortable at first does take some time getting used too, but is great as it adjusts to your position on the bike Overall I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others

Really well packaged, high quality build, easy to assamble, seat position is super flexable, really can't ask any more for this price! Plus you really get a professional feeling for riding it! There was a bit of mess up from Toll but I sort it out myself, maybe next time try some other couriers? !!! 10/10 !!!

Nice exercise bike, with good sturdy feel and motion.
This exercise bike is easy to assemble, sturdy and has a solid frame. The wheel and peddle motion are good. The height of the bike is also good - not too small for a tall person (which I am); but also has adjustable seat and height for shorter people. Feedback regarding heart rate, distance, and calories burned is basic and clear, which is all one needs. Can adjust the tension to make it harder to peddle to have a more intense workout. I am very happy with this purchase.

Good quality for a very reasonable price
After having bought cheaper exercise bikes before, I wanted something better quality that wouldn't be outrageously expensive. This fit the bill perfectly. For the price, it's very sturdy and rides extremely smoothly. Putting it together was nice and simple and I've loved using it every day since it arrived. It never wobbles and the construction feels good and solid. It's a vast improvement over my old bike (which quite literally fell apart from me using it daily!) and I would gladly recommend it to anyone wanting something they can get a lot of wear out of. Good quality for a very reasonable price!

Well designed and very good quality!
I needed something to help me train indoors when the weather is too wet & windy to cycle outside and this spin bike meets my requirements perfectly! It is built like a tank and has a great range of resistance with a turn of a dial (which doubles and an emergency stopper). The spin bike comes with a phone/tablet stand which allows me to watch Netflix AND burn off that pizza I had last night! The multi-function gives a ball-park figure for your training session stats and the seat is pretty comfy even after 1+ hours of use. Sometimes the contact between the resistance pad and the flywheel can make a squeaky sound but a spray of silicon or PTFE lube on the pad should quieten the beast. Overall the spin bike is fantastic value for money and I'm really happy with the purchase.

Really good exercise bike, good quality and value
The exercise bike is smooth and seems to be good quality. Welds and design are good - making it easy to put together. Definitely a goo bike to get your fitness levels up easily at home. There are two things that could be improved: 1. The resistance mechanism is friction based by turn dial. Hard to get a setting that is consistent/repeatable. A numbered magnetic resistance would be ideal. 2. The LCD screen could be better - but this isn’t a dealbreaker, it does its function. These are pretty minor and me nitpicking. Very happy with the bike, would recommend.

I've been using my new spin bike for a week now and it is probably the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever bought. For the price I paid, which was a bargain, the bike is solid, doesn't move around when riding fast or hard. It is also really easy to move around the house to see up in front of the tv! I would highly recommend it for beginners and experts.
