The product arrived incredibly quickly (great) and is cheap, but there are two things to watch out for. Firstly the grips on the barbell are too close together meaning it is not suitable for bench pressing. You can do bicep curls only with the barbell. Feels like it was designed for a child. Secondly the collars on the dumbbells are plastic and feel like they aren’t strong enough. Not sure I trust them.

Honestly for $220 delivered what more could you want. Good amount of weight and of decent quality. A lot of people complain that the bar is too narrow for bench press but you can just set the clips a little wider and hold the smooth part of the bar, not really not a big deal. The bar does buckle a bit when completely loaded but it seems durable unless you are dropping the weight like a nonce. Great purchase for iso.
