Good USB 3.0 Controller
This is a good USB 3.0 controller. For computers that only have USB 2.0 or people who want more USB 3.0 ports this card makes a great addition. The USB 3.0 works very fast. My external hard drives now do over 120 megabytes a seconds instead of the 20 megabytes per second when connected to USB 2.0 The card fitted into a pci-e x1 slot I had on my motherboard that was not been used for anything. Works great. Highly recommended.

You asked me how I like the 5O2I 5 Port P C I_E to USB3.0 + 20pin HUB 5Gbps Card Adapter, which I purchased on 31 August 2016, for A$30.95’ My answer is that I like it not all! I tried out this card on two different computers with three different operating systems, 32 and 64bit, and was not able to make it work. I tried all the different drivers I could find, including the one recommended on the vendor’s website, None of all the above effort made this thing work! Thus I not only wasted my money, but much worse, many precious hours spent in utter frustration. The Devise Manager was also unable to find a driver for the respective ‘Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller’. At the moment the card is still installed in one of my PCs, and I am still hoping to find a suitable driver. Fed up customer, Paul LukeRead full review

More is better
With so many devices and USB drives available these days you just can't have too many USB3 ports. I have a total of 12 available on my PC after adding the Orico card and often find I need nearly all of them using external USB drives, USB3 hard drive docks, 3 of witch are permanently attached, cameras and video cameras pus USB3 memory sticks. Orico make high quality products of which I have bought many without ever having a problem. Prefer them to any of the similar products out there. I trust their quality.

If you ever run out of usb or if like me you have a bent pin on your mobo for your usb 3 front panel connector to plug in to this is the item for you. Having 5 more usb 3 connections is so worth every sent great product.

Only one USB port working at a time. Oculus rift doesn't work with this device. HOTAS not working either. Yes, power cable is connected yes, drivers are instaled Maybe I got a lemon. Waste of time and money.

The card looks good, but when I installed it in my windows 10 Pro PC, it doesn't work. When checking the Device Manager, the card wasn't recognised. I have chased a few red herrings, and so far I haven't found any working drivers. I think that if I can find the correct and working drivers, that it may work.
