Found this sauce very tasty and improved the flavour of my food… whether it was meat or fish…. I truly enjoyed the flavour and it moistened my kebabs. The only drawback I had was the size. As I live alone… 1lt was definitely much too large for me… and the use by date was not very long away … also it stated it was not suitable to freeze… AND should be used within 5 days… all those negatives were a problem for me…. I bought 3 litres . .. so I kept one and gave two to my families. The product is excellent … but the size is only suitable and economical for a. crowd. I did enjoy your Bearnaise Sauce … I couldn’t fault the quality or the taste. Thank you.
