I go through this like nobody’s business. It’s brilliant and great for reducing the nitrates in the tank that can occur when you least expect it. Usually the signs of the nitrate levels being too high are fish stress as you’ll see them glass surfing and you’ll find algae forming on your plants. Every time I do a water change I plop this bad boy in and boom I knock that risk of high nitrates out of the ball park!
