Great mug with decent insulation. It's not designed to be a hot water thermos so only keeps stuff hot for about 2 hours but that's good so that you don't burn yourself with hot coffee. Definitely worth the $20.

I thought the vacuum flasks were fully insulated like a thermos. They are Cafe Travel mugs not thermos travel mugs. I obviously did not read the description properly. However they are excellent quality and seem to keep the heat for about 2 hours.
