Big fan of Global Knives
Big fan of Global Knives. They make a great product and this is no exception. Bought for my daughter as a wedding gift, and it is more comprehensive than mine, with the shears and the ceramic steel, and a couple more knives. Global hold a really keen edge and I recommend buying their 2 or 3 wheel sharpener, as it is quick and easy and efficient every time.

Best value knives you can get.
The global range of knives are my brand of choice for knives. I feel they offer the best value for money over other brands such as Wüsthof and Shun. I would place them in a similar category to the Victorinox. The knives hold their edge fairly well and are easy to re-hone.
