Ordered late Friday night, delivered the following Thursday. Excellent. Is it good value? Well,maybe it is for the LEDs and the extra height facility. but since my current mobo doesn't have a 5V RGB connector I can't use the LED feature. But it is planned for my next build, so no problem there. Is it quiet? Of course it is, it has no rotating parts to make noise. So that particular question is irrelevant. Does it perform well? Well, it holds up the card, so yes it performs well. If you peel off the remaining protective layer on the 3M double sided paper, pre installed on the base of the unit, then the Holder is effectively secured in position and may be a problem if the graphics card needs to be moved. So I would not expose the sticky of the 3M, just let the weight of the card hold the Holder in place and the Holder can be moved as required. If I could have found the same item, without the LED feature, In Australia, then I would have preferred that. Read full review
