Yes, this stuff is liquid gold, but I have been suffering gut problems chronically for 4 years now- turns out my parents old house where I have been staying to help mum has heavily contaminated water. While I've bern on bottled water since o found out, my quite debilitating symptoms have become chronic. I am of course going through tests and specialts, but until I get answers, this is the main supplement that has helped the most, and given me much more quality of life back.
